(iv) The norms set by it for the discharge of its function - The department follows the policies, decisions, rules and regulations of Government of India. Norms set by department in respect of important items are shown in

    Transfer Policy

  • The Department of Land Resources don't have any cadre of its own. Officers are transferred by the concerned Cadre controlling Ministries/Departments as per DoPT's precribed transfer policy for different grades/caders of employees.Apart from this,there are few ex-cadre posts which are not interchangeable.
  • Transfer Order

  • The Department does not have its own cadre and hence no transfer policy is available However,copies of orders under which officers/staff are posted to the Department are attached.

(xii) The manner of execution of subsidy programmes, including the amounts allocated and the details of beneficiaries of such programmes; - There is no subsidy programme

(xiii) Particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorizations granted by it; - Nil

  • (xv) The particulars of the facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained by public use;

    (xvii) Such other information as may be prescribed, and thereafter update these publications every year.
