The rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records held by it or under the control or used by its employees for discharging its functions
The Department is responsible for formulation of policies/schemes as per Allocation of Business
Acts, Rules, Regulations, Manuals, Record, Policy, Instructions, etc. of Department which are used for discharge of its functions Are Attached
Certain services have also been indicated in the Citizen Charter
Further, for discharging administrative, Personnel & Financial Functions, the Department of Land Resources follows all such Acts, Rules, Regulations, instructions and manual issued by the concerned Ministries/Departments of Government of India from time to time and applicable to it.
Transfer Policy
The Department of Land Resources don’t have any cadre of its own. Officers are transferred by the concerned Cadre controlling Ministries/Departments as per DoPT’s precribed transfer policy for different grades/caders of employees.Apart from this,there are few ex-cadre posts which are not interchangeable.

The Department does not have its own cadre and hence no transfer policy is available However,copies of orders under which officers/staff are posted to the Department are attached.
