Hon’ble Prime Minister has emphasized that all public welfare schemes should saturate with the objective that no citizen is left behind. Accordingly, theDoLR has set the target for saturation of basic components of the programme such as
- Computerization of record of rights
- Digitization of cadastral maps
- integration of record of rights (textual) and cadastral maps (spatial). The DILRMP has been extended from 2021-22 to 2025-26 with an outlay of Rs.875.00 crore by the Government of India.
So far, there was no scheme to incentivize, recognise, galvanize the good practices, excellent performance of functionaries of land and revenue administration/management and registration Departments of States/UTs at District and State level. As a step towards healthy competition and monitoring among the districts, this Department with the approval of Hon’ble Minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj has initiated grading among the districts and states on the basis of the data fed by States/UTs/ districts on Management Information System (MIS) of DILRMP in respect of following parameters / indicators:-
