Bhumi Samvaad-VI

Bhumi Samvaad-VI: Southern Zone Regional Review Meeting of DILRMP and other initiatives was held at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on 13.10.2023 under the Chairmanship of Shri Ajay Tirkey, Secretary, Department of Land Resources.
Setting the context of the meeting Shri Sonmoni Borah, Joint Secretary, DoLR appreciated the achievements of Andhra Pradesh in implementation of Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP) and stated that the DoLR has provided an opportunity to other States of Southern Zone to share their best practices and experience in DILRMP implementation. He stated that the agenda of the meeting has been divided into four parts:
Part A: Review of Physical Progress, Review of Financial Progress and Discussion on Bhoomi Samman Platinum Certificate Scheme.
Part B: Discussion on e-Registration or NGDRS, Discussion on Bhu-Aadhar or ULPIN, Discussion on Transliteration land records and Discussion on linkage of e-Courts with Land Records.
Part C: Discussion on issue of reapportioned amount of Rs.23.04 crore b/w Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Review on compliance of REAT module of PFMS, Discussion on Pilot testing of Matribhoomi, Discussion on Pilot test/Proof of Concept (POC) for Integration of SVAMITVA and Discussion on updation of DILRMP-MIS.
Part D: Roll Out and Pilot Launch of Matribhoomi Geoportal:The Integrated National Geoportal of India for Governance, Demo of the Blockchain from Assam/Pune/COE Blockchain Karnataka, State Presentation on Best Practices – Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.
